Error description

• After the fix for PH12191/PB57339 has been
  applied, the attempt to unload the data from an image copy
  issues fails after having issued the following messages
  IKJ56228I UTILITY DATA SET NOT IN CATALOG OR CATALOG CAN NOT BE
  ACCESSED
  INZX133 tsname NO VALID INPUT DDNAME FOUND,
  INZI800E ERROR ACCESSING TO A DATASET. ACTION: ALLOCATE RC:
  0x1708 REASON: 0x2

  POS(1, 3). RC = 0x58a008
  INZU447E AN ERROR OCCURRED DURING UNLOAD PROCESSING - REFER TO

  This occurs when the online table space involved in the table
  space has the DEFINE NO attribute and no LDS has been created
  for this table space yet.
  

Local fix

• use the DDLDDN option to provide the DDL of the object without
  the DEFINE NO attribute.
