PH23997: THE QCF SERVER CRASHES WITH ABENDS878 AND MSGIQC7003E AFTER FREQUENT USE OF QUERY TOPAM OR OVERLM PARMS

Error description

• If QUERY TOPAM or QUERY OVERLM of the QCF server command is
  initiated multiple times, the QCF server abends with S878.
  At that time, the following message is also displayed:
  IQC7003E - RC=0010  QCF CRITICAL ERROR IN MODULE  IQCQRY61
  BPECBGET RC=00000008,RSN=ZQRY
  
  Note: The issuance of the commands can be spread out over many
  days and this shortage of storage would occur before your next
  system cycle.

  If QUERY TOPAM or QUERY OVERLM of the QCF server command is
  initiated multiple times, the QCF server abends with S878.
  At that time, the following message is also displayed:
  IQC7003E - RC=0010  QCF CRITICAL ERROR IN MODULE  IQCQRY61
  BPECBGET RC=00000008,RSN=ZQRY
  Note: The issuance of the commands can be spread out over many
  days and this shortage of storage would occur before your next
  system cycle.
  QCF obtains the ZQRY entries using the BPECBGET service against
  all destination names that messages on the queue have.
  When QCF releases the ZQRY entries using the BPECBREL service,
  it releases the ZQRY entries only against the destination names
  selected by TOPAM or OVERLIM. Therefore, the ZQRY entries
  against the unselected destination names are not released and
  are left as orphaned storage.
  

Problem conclusion

• QCF has been changed to release the ZQRY entries against all
  destination names.
