PH23963: QUIESCE FAILS WITH REASON=X'0913'

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The QUIESCE utility launched by Db2 HPU  terminates n error with
  REASON=X'0913' when the following conditions are fulfilled :
  - the user switch method is RACF (i.e. the  VUU030/ULOPTNS
  parmlib parameter contains USER_SWITCH_METHOD(RACF))
  - the VUM031/QUITSUSR parmlib parameter is set to a specific
  user
  - the processing of the UNLOAD statement requires at least two
  QUIESCE utility invocations
  - an ORDER clause is specified and its processing triggers the
  INDEXSCAN feature
  

Local fix

• Disable the INDEXSCAN feature by adding the INDEXSCAN NO option
  to the UNLOAD statement or remove the USER_SWITCH_METHOD(RACF)
  from the value for VUU030/ULOPTNS and optionally add
  USER_SWITCH_METHOD(AS) to this value.
