PH23956: REPORT BUNDLE IS NOT PROCESSED AND REMAINS IN PROCESSING STATE

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When using a JOBNAME for the distribution, the report bundle is
  not processed and remains in processing state.
  Additionally,
  the following messages may be seen:
  
  ARS1170W The object does
  not exist.
  ARS7967E Unable to process the ppts for Recipient =
  <recipient>, Distribution Name = <Dist Name>
  

Local fix

• Remove the job name from both the distribution and the bundle

• ODF is modified to correctly determine if the recipient name is
   a recipient list or a single recipient.
