Error description

• getRDN is called to remove an RDN from a DN. If the DN is
  misformed, then the method will return everything in front of
  the first found comma as the RDN. However, this does not take
  into account commas that are escaped.

Problem conclusion

• The code was updated to consider escaped commas when parsing a
  relative distinguished name from a disginguished name.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix packs
