    The iOS device logs
    are sent to the Analytics server as indicated on the Xcode logs
    but there is no download link on the Device Search tab of
    Analytics server console. Ideally if there are no logs for the
    device then download link does not appear. But in this case the
    device logs do exist for the specific device. The issue is
    fixed which is caused when the deviceid is in uppercase
