APAR status

Error description

  • When a user logs onto CQWeb and immediately clicks on 'New
    Query' option at the left top corner, it takes about 1 minute
    for the dialogue box to appear on the screen.
    
    The subsequent clicks on the same 'New Query' option gives the
    dialogue box to create a new query, without any delay.
    
    This issue happens with all the CQ users irrespective of their
    privileges.

Problem conclusion

  • A fix is available 9.0.1.11 and 9.0.2.3.
    There is no longer a delay when the "New Query" button is
    clicked in CQWeb for the first time.
