PH23478: DASHBOARD VISUALIZATION WITH AUTO REFRESH NOT UPDATED WITH LATEST DATABASE DATA WHEN USING DMR FM PACKAGES

Error description

• Dashboard List Visualization Auto Refresh using DMR (ROLAP)
  based FM package not showing the correct updated values when
  compared against a Relational based FM package or the underlying
  database tables.
  
  Specify Dashboard properties to set Data Cache = No and enable
  Automatic Refresh within 1 minute interval on List
  Visualization. Perform a database update to change the data
  shown within the List Visualization object.
  
  Observe the List Visualization using DMR FM packaged based
  source shows original results when Dashboard was initially
  opened.
  

Local fix

• Clear Query Service Cache either Manually or through a recurring
  schedule every 1 minute using Query Administration Maintenance
  task.
