IBM Db2 Analytics Accelerator Loader jobs running on a Db2 ssid that runs with both IDAA 7.x.x and IDAA 5.1.x may run into, "Error 'Attribute 'utilityNamePrefix' is not declared for element 'externalTool' was detected in line 1...' This issue happens when IDAA 5.1 is at PTF-3 or below.
