Error description
Problem Description: The settings of "RGB hexidecimal color code" and "Use this color for the navigation background" is backed to default after restating application server. Reproduction Steps: 1. Connect to admin console and log on. 2. Open the Console Identity page. System administration > Console Identity 3. Set "#6A5ACD" to "RGB hexidecimal color code" and check "Use this color for the navigation background" on. 4. Logout from admin console and login it again. You can find that the setting Console Identity is reflected. 5. Stop application server and start it again. 6. Connect to admin console and log on it. You can see that the navigation background collor of admin console as default. 7. Open the Console Identity page. You can find that "RGB hexidecimal color code" is set as #3366CC and "Use this color for the navigation background" is disabled. So, these settings are backed as default.
Local fix
The workaround: Click on the Save button twice in the Console Identity page. To confirm that the color changes are saved, look for the properties "ISC.CONSOLE.ID.COLOR" and "ISC.CONSOLE.ID.NAV.BG.COLOR" in consoleProperties.xml. USER_INSTALL_ROOT/config/cells/<cellName>/applications/isclite.e ar/deployment/isclite/isclite.war/WEB-INF/consoleProperties.xml <consoleproperties:console-property id="ISC.CONSOLE.ID.COLOR" value="#3366CC"/> <consoleproperties:console-property id="ISC.CONSOLE.ID.NAV.BG.COLOR" value="on"/>

Problem conclusion
