APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • In multi-threaded applications like DOORS and ClearCase, several
threads make separate requests for check-out/check-in. The
thread ids are not recorded in the Hook Logs and only the
process ids are captured. Agent gets confused in these mixed
patterns of check-out/check-in activities. As a result, it
throws an exception which stops further data
computation/correction. Over a period of time, the data computed
gets corrupted at a steadily increasing rate.
