  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: ASNA abend and DFHCE3548 happened if a  *
  *                      console command is issued following a   *
  *                      failed console sign-on.                 *
  ****************************************************************
  A console sign-on request arrived in CICS and CESN is attached
  to handle it. DFHSNP is called and this sign-on request is
  failed for some reason. But the CESN conversation is not
  terminated. The next console request will be treated as the
  subsequent invocation of this sign-on process and CESN will be
  attached again. This causes ASNA abend and DFHCE3542 message
  being issued accordingly. This also applies to CESL.
  

Problem conclusion

• DFHSNP has been changed to always terminate the sign-on
  conversation after an error if it is from a console command.
