• Closed as program error.

Error description

• During Broker start up on z/OS, the following message may be
  displayed even though the port is not in use:
  
  BIP9151S (Msg 1/1) <Broker> THE SPECIFIED MQTT PORT IS ALREADY
  IN USE:'<PortNumber>'
  
  This may occur occasionally and depends on the timing of the
  start up of the biphttplistener process relative to the IIB
  check if the local port is in use for the bipmqtt process.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  During Broker start up on z/OS, the following message may be
  displayed even though the MQTT port is not in use:
  
  BIP9151S (Msg 1/1) <Broker> THE SPECIFIED MQTT PORT IS ALREADY
  IN USE:'<PortNumber>'
  
  This may occur very occasionally and depends on the timing of
  the start up of the biphttplistener process relative to
  the an internal check if the local port is in use for the
  bipmqtt process.
  

Problem conclusion

• The product has been modified to resolve the MQTT port
  incorreclty reporting it is in use.
