Error description

• The admin tool will allow  an alter on a row change
  timestamp column, however, DB2z does not allow this, giving
  SQLCODE -20180 error.

  Compare generates a WSL that contains ALTER TABLE ALTER
  COLUMN statements when trying to change a ROW CHANGE TIMESTAMP
  column. Running the generated WSL results in a SQLCODE -20180,
  because Db2 has a restriction that prevents alters to ROW CHANGE
  TIMESTAMP columns. DROP and CREATE must be used instead of
  ALTER.
