    ****************************************************************
This APAR provides the following enhancements:

    1. Scope changes to allow exclusion of referential constraints
with automatic target selection is supported as follows:
Currently, when all of the following conditions are met, the
scope of the compare process becomes the specified table and
the referential constraints (foreign keys) that are
       associated with the specified table:

       1) The user requested compare scope is table.
       2) 'Suppress DROP of objects' option on panel GOC5 'Generate
Compare Jobs' is 'NO' or CM batch parm
          SUPPRESS_DROP_OF_OBJECTS='NO'.
       3) The automatic target selection is chosen.
       4) The compare process is performed in CMDELTA mode by using
          one of the following options:
          - 'CHANGE' is selected for 'Generate apply jobs' option on
             panel GOC5 'Generate Compare Jobs'.
          - CM Batch parameter ACTION_COMPARE='Y'.

With this APAR applied, the scope of compare becomes the
table only. This scope does not include referential
constraints. This APAR allows not dropping the referential
constraints in the target, when the source of the compare
scope does not include the referential constraints, and when
the table change does not impact the referential constraints.

To keep the same scope of compare (existing behavior),
       choose 'Suppress DROP of objects=YES'.

    2. Show superseded information for a change in the CM process is
       supported as follows:
If change A is superseded by change B, the status of
change A is updated from ANALYZED to DEFINED. The superseded
information (change B and change ID) is saved in the change
A record. The information is displayed as messages for batch
jobs (as shown below) and can be viewed on panels
ADB2C11/ADB2C11I (new line command 'SBY - Superseded by').
When the change A is re-analyzed, the superseded
       information is cleaned up.

     New messages:
ADB9355I The supersede information was cleared for this change.
ADB9356E The change was superseded by change ID >owner.name<
on >timestamp< and needs to be re-analyzed.

    3. Convert ADB table spaces to UTS is supported through a new
option in TCz: "Convert Admin table spaces to UTS". The
customization job includes running the REORG utility to
materialize the change for existing non-UTS table spaces.

    COMMENTS-
    Enhancements are delivered.
