PH22636: HLO648E OR HLO647E MESSAGE FROM ISPF

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When the SSID is setup with a 7 character ZPARM LOADLIB from
  ISPF we can run into the following issues.
  1. 'Back up Accelerator table', on a new profile create on panel
  HLOLRETE, the panel does not refresh with the IC dataset to pick
  from instead we get the following message.
  HLO657E - No usable backup copy data sets found for
  HLODBBU1.HLODEMO_BACKUPIC recovery table.
  2. When we build a 'Recover Accelerator table(s) from a backup'
  profile, on panel HLOLBLDJ we would get the following message:
  HLO648E - Load QA1APAR entry point from SYS00554 DD has failed.
  RC = 4, reason = 7FFFB078
