Problem conclusion

• A fix was made in the SIP Container so when using the
  B2buaHelper.createRequest API, a newly created session is
  marked as a B2B session to allow subsequent messages to be
  added to the pending messages list.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
  8.5.5.18 and 9.0.5.4 For more information, see
