PH22584: PARSING ERROR IN FUNCTIONS USING LISTAGG

Error description

• DB2 Admin Tool - DDL command receives a parsing error in
  functions using LISTAGG.  This occurs for functions using the
  "WITHIN GROUP" clause for function reference as well as multiple
  parameters for the DISTINCT function.
  
  ADB1933E The DB2 Admin parser could not parse a statement.

  fails with a parser error. The error is caused by a LISTAGG
  function object that has WITHIN GROUP clause or the function
  references DISTINCT function with multiple parameters.
