PH22570: IF CSLOMCMD RETURNS RC=0200000C AND RSN=00003008, ICCF DOESN'T ALWAYS RETRY AN IMS COMMAND WHEN THE OPTIONS ARE SPECIFIED

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• ICCF refers to the return code and the reason code of CSLOMCMD
  to check whether an error occurred during IMS command processing
  and to determine whether an IMS command can be retried.
  If CSLOMCMD returned RC=0200000C and RSN=00003008, ICCF doesn't
  retry an IMS command even if the Command Retry Options were
  specified. In APAR PH19391, although CSLOMCMD returned
  RC=0200000C and RSN=00003008, ICCF was changed to retry an IMS
  command only if the following message was set in the response
  data:
  DFS140 12:11:13 CHECKPOINT IN PROGRESS, CANNOT PROCESS COMMAND
  
  Therefore, ICCF is being adjusted to retry an IMS command
  any time CSLOMCMD returns RC=0200000C and RSN=00003008.

  The execution conditions of IMS Command Control Facility:
  1. Option 3 (IMS OM) is selected as the Command Routing
  Technique Options for CCF IMS System Information.
  2. IMS commands are routed to a specific IMS system.
  
  The result of CSLOMCMD call:
  1. Return code is X'0200000C'.
  2. Reason code is X'00003008'.
