PH22554: GEN: COMPRESS YES NOT GENERATED FOR CREATE TABLE STATEMENT FOR IMPLICIT TABLE SPACE

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Within a CREATE TABLE statement, COMPRESS YES may be specified
  if the table space will be implicitly created. The COMPRESS
  value is then propagated to the table space. However GEN will
  not produce the COMPRESS YES clause for such a table. Executing
  this subsequent DDL (with a different schema/name) will result
  in loss of the COMPRESS value.
