APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Removing a report folder previously used in a profile will cause
    that profile to display an error when trying to configure the
    home page tabs.
    
    Steps:
    ? Login to OpenPages TFUI as OpenPagesAdministrator user
    ? Change the profile to "OpenPages Modules Master"
    ? Select Mange Pages and Templates
    ? Add a folder called "TEST" under Reporting \ SOX
    ? Copy the report (Issue List) from Reporting \ SOX \ OpenPages
    V6 \ Issue Reports
    to
    Reporting \ SOX \ TEST
    ? Switch to Standard UI
    ? Go to Administration \ Profiles and edit "OpenPages Modules
    Master" profile
    ? Under "Home Page Tab Configuration" click Add
    ? Select "Issue List" report under the "TEST" folder and click
    ok
    ? Go back to TFUI and click on "Mange Pages and Templates"
    ? Expand Reporting \ SOX \ TEST and delete the Issue List report
    ? Switch to Standard UI
    ? Go to Administration \ Profiles and click on "OpenPages
    Modules Master" profile
    ? Go under "Home Page Tab Configuration" and you will see the
    following error
    The requested object was not found. | [UG2I9PPHO4EV-OP-03100]

Problem conclusion

  • If a users tries to delete a Report Page if it's associated to a
    profile, they will now receive an error explaining why they
    cannot delete it.
    
    Customers should download OpenPages 8.2 from Passport Advantage.
