Error description

• When using IBM Transformation Extender 9.0.0.x Launcher with
  a trigger based watch (any adapter) and there are additional
  FILE based input cards and the Init Pending thresholds in the
  map watch settings (or globally in the dtx.ini) are set to very
  low values, such as Low=1 and High=2, the following error
  message is repeated continuously in the Launcher logs.
  
  => File Trigger ERROR : Continue Invalid HI_LO Watch Ref

  Circumvention: The error message is a warning notification only,
  and can be ignored as it does not affect operation.
  

Problem summary

  ITX Launchers users who are using the File Adapter.
  
  Problem Description:
  File adapter messages get added in log even there is no listener
  for File Adapter.
  
  Platforms Affected:
  All
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed the issue by adding file adapter check check before
  calling listener functions.
  
  Applies to:
  9.0.0.4, 10.0.0.0, 10.0.3.0
  
  Fixed in the next service packs and releases.
