  because the
  ConversationContext has been deleted before

  The implementation of conversations would throw exceptions if
  a method was called on an inactive conversation. Sometimes a
  conversation would be deleted twice, and this exception would
  result in an NullPointerException from the code trying to
  delete the conversation during the second time.
  

Problem conclusion

• We modified the implementation so it would not throw
  exceptions on the getSessionId method.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
