  Db2 has certain locks which are LP types, means the resource can
  be held in IRLM as an L-lock and/or P-lock. When timeout data is
  collected, IRLM may pickup both L & P locks if held and collect
  blocker data and then finally include information from both
  lock types in the Timeout parameter list when Timeout Exit is
  called.  This may cause a P-lock resource information to be put
  in the timeout message and in the IFCID 196 record while the
  lock contention was only for the L-lock for this resource.
  User may see MSGDSNT318I for P-lock timeout instead of getting
  MSGDSNT376I for L-lock timeout.

  This apar will correct the IRLM timeout logic to only include
  L-lock blocker/holder information for an L-lock waiter, when
  blocker information is send to DB2 Timeout Exit. Expected
  message DSNT376I will get issued correctly for an L-Lock
  waiter timeout.
