Error description
HIOP storage increase in a nonshared queue environment each time the QCF ISPF user interface is used. QCF has not returned a buffer obtained from HIOP storage for the following operations under the QCF ISPF user interface: (1) Choose a Row action or a Table action from the Display Waited Tasks panel (IQCP94A) on the QCF Main Menu option 4- Wait (2) Choose 1-Edit or 2-View from the Queue Space Notification Tables panel (IQCP71A) on the QCF Main Menu option 5-Tables (3) Choose 1-Edit or 2-View from the Queue Space utilization notification parameters panel (IQCP71AS) on the QCF Main Menu option 6-Notify Each time the user does one of the above operations, a buffer of about 160K bytes is left in HIOP storage. If it reaches the upper expansion limit of the HIOP storage, MSGDFS0637W is displayed and no one can obtain a new buffer from HIOP storage and IMS needs to be recycled. DFS0637W Additional Symptom: ABEND0C4 in IQCCQAT0 at x'7118', or at x'FC' past label CQAT8000. ABENDS0C4 S0C4

Problem conclusion
QCF has been changed to return the buffers obtained from HIOP storage for the internal Queue Space Notification function.
