  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: ETI714E SQL error does not occur when   *
  *                      user specifies an incorrect value in    *
  *                      the column with NULL indicator in the   *
  *                      Form View panel (ETI$FORM).             *
  ****************************************************************
  If user specifies incorrect value in the column with the NULL
  indicator in the the Form View panel (ETI$FORM), then error will
  occur in the Edit Table Rows panel (ETI$EDIT).
