Error description

• This APAR fixes the following issues:
  - provides an amendment to error message HAAB058 related to a
  mismatch of Objects and Exceptions
    - Panel HAA$EPRU: eliminate ability to use the "R" line
  command (repeat) for any "Db2 Display Status Exception
  conditions"
    - Panel HAA$EPRU: Move "QUERY MONITOR - REORG_OVERRIDE" into
  its own group
