Error description

• First element in a list gets duplicated when the parent is copy
  of another parent with a child list that is replaces with a
  copy of itself

  Copying a DataObject through BOCopy might result to a duplicate
  element in the children elements. This is because an element
  in the original tree might have been moved to another tree as
  part of operations prior to the copy. But internal data
  structures still keep a reference to the moved node. This
  happens as part Lazy parsing mode (XCI).
  

Problem conclusion

• Algorithm is updated to prune the map that holds copied
  nodes
  that at some point belonged to the tree but moved as part of
  and
  operation.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
  8.5.5.18, 9.0.5.5.  For more information, see
