Error description

  • During Fault Analyzer (FA) real time analysis of a CICS
transaction abend, the following messages may be received:

DFHSM0002 ..... A severe error (code X'0C14') has occurred
in module DFHSMMG.

+IDI0075E IDIXCM71 CICS exit must abort, CICS getmain failed.

Local fix

  • Prior to this fix, the amount of storage FA GETMAINs for
CICS trace data is based on the value specified for TRTRANSZ.
If the value specified for TRTRANSZ is larger than the
value specified for TRTABSZ, reducing the value specified for
TRTRANSZ may resolve this issue until fix is applied.
