Error description

• APAR PH16992 has added CICS support for HTTP OPTIONS and added
  two additional values indicating errors that could be supplied
  to the web error program:
  
  OPTIONS_HANDLER_ERROR - 71
  OPTIONS_HANDLER_LINK_ERROR - 72
  
  This has been been reflected in the C, Cobol and PL/1 copy books
  DFHWBUCH,DFHWBUCO and DFHWBUCL but not the assembler version
  DFHWBUCD.

  When DFHWBEP is called the field wbep_error_code is populated
  with a value.  All the potential codes are documented within
  copybooks.  DFHWBUCD was missing error HTTP option codes 71
  (wbep_options_handler_error) and 72
  (wbep_options_handler_link_error).
  

Problem conclusion

• Equate values added to DFHWBUCD.
