  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * The following issues are corrected by                        *
  * this APAR:                                                   *
  * - Db2ZAI fails to add new users because                      *
  * the SAF authentication validation requires                   *
  * both the auth ID and password inputs.                        *
  * - Db2ZAI may fail to add a new connection                    *
  * when user names and passwords are                            *
  * longer than 500 characters in length.                        *
  * - The Db2ZAI backend log exposes user                        *
  * information.                                                 *
  * - Db2ZAI may not handle the async inputs                     *
  * correctly when connections are tested.                       *
  * - Db2ZAI's stop-pm2.sh script does not                       *
  * stop Node JS services when NODE_HOME                         *
  * is defined under the USS profile.                            *
  * - The Db2ZAI SMPE installation will fail                     *
  *  when the SMPE tape and PTFs are applied                     *
  * at the same time.                                            *
  * - Adding a Db2ZAI connection fails when                      *
  * the comma is used as a decimal delimiter.                    *

  APAR PH20863 resolves the issues described above. In addition,
  APAR PH20863 provides an enhancement for SQL performance
   in stored procedures.
