PH20841: THE Z/VSE JSON GENERATOR DOES NOT HONOR THE SPECIFIED EBCDIC CODEPAGE

Error description

• The z/VSE JSON Generator does not honor the specified EBCDIC
  codepage when generating JSON content from a JSON tree. This
  causes the opening and closing braces ('{', '}') and other
  codepage dependent characters to be incorrect, if a codepage
  is specified where these characters are at different positions.
  This error might also affect the z/VSE REST Support when it is
  used with JSON payload.

  EBCDIC codepage.
