Error description

• In an undetermined situation, a message can be issue without a
  preceding new line such as in the following example:
  INZU282I OUTPUT DDNAME=SYSREC00INZRE42 ROW AT OFFSET 0X14 ON
  PAGE (HEX) 0X820
  where the following format is expected
  INZU282I OUTPUT DDNAME=SYSREC00
  INZRE42 ROW AT OFFSET 0X14 ON PAGE (HEX) 0X820
  This makes noticing the message written right at the end of the
  previous one difficult.
