because it could not be parsed. Please verify the DDL. Reason
 code = 28

apar to fix 2 issues:

1) 'BBBB'x concatenation character issue.  This issue is

*                      concatenation operator returns an       *
*                      error.                                  *

The parser returns the following error when processing DDL that
uses 'BBBB'x as a concatenation operator in a CCSID 37
environment.

DB2PA: The following statement could not be parsed:
partial DDL Token number = nn, Token = token

Note: X'BBBB' is a pair of right brackets characters (']]') in
some EBCDIC code pages.
