  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides the                  *
  *                      following enhancement:                  *

  *                      - Timeout Retry Logic in                *
  *                        ADBTEP2                               *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR provides the following enhancements:
  
  1. ADBTEP2 can automatically retry statements that fail because
  of a timeout (SQLCODE -913 and reason code X'00C9008E').
  2. ADBTEP2 can automatically restart from the last checkpoint
  because of a timeout (SQLCODE -911 and reason code X'00C9008E').
  3. ADBTEP2 can automatically retry statements that fail because
  of resource unavailable (SQLCODE -904 and reason code
  X'00C200Ea').
  4. CM batch has the following new parameters to control this
  behavior:
      a. ADBTEP2_TIMEOUT_RETRIES- maximum number of times to retry
         or restart.
      b. ADBTEP2_TIMEOUT_WAIT_TIME- The duration between retries
         by ADBTEP2.
  5. You can also set these parameters in the following fields on
     panel ADB2UPA, in the ADBTEP2 section:
      a. Timeout Retries: maximum number of times to
                          retry or restart.
      b. Timeout Wait Time: The duration between retries by
                            ADBTEP2.
  6. Two new messages are introduced:
      a. ADB2552I - invalid value for adbtep2_timeout_retries.
                    Valid values: 0-99
      b. ADB2553I - invalid value for adbtep2_timeout_wait_time.
                    Valid values: 1-3600.
