Error description

• The current server VSAM RLS file default implementation is to
  use RLS. This enables it to read every record and process it.
  As a  part of this implementation the read method used to
  perform block reads will be modified.
  
  VSAM RLS provides full read/write integrity for any number of
  users open for RLS read/write and any number of users for
  non-RLS reads. The new implementation will use different types
  of buffering provided with RLS, specifically NSR (Non-shared
  Resources).
