Error description

• Queries may fail with -5199 intermittently. The same queries
  rerun successfully.
  
  The error message -5199 is not recorded
  in the db2diag.log file or the bigsql.log files on any nodes.
  The -5199 occurs because the FMP is being brought down due to a
  trap. Messages similar to below are seen in db2diag.log
