PH20346: ORF SHOULD NOT CHECK PROHIBIT AUTH FLAG ON HALDB MASTER RECORD

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When the PROHIBIT AUTH flag on the HALDB master record in DBRC
  has been turned on accidentally, ORF job continues to fail with
  the following error even though none of the HALDB partitions are
  in the PROHIBIT AUTH state:
      HRF01099E DBD dbname has prohibit authorization
  We have concluded that ORF should not check the PROHIBIT AUTH
  flag on the HALDB master record because it means nothing.
