Error description

  • According to the KC below, the session manager cannot
    initialize the application, and the application does not start
    if both the defaultCookieSettings and tuningParams attributes
    are not set.

    PI78540, the session manager prints the following message.

Problem conclusion

  • Code changes were made to prompt better messages and indicate
    default session settings are used.
    
    The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
