• Garbled alert message appears in Japanese environment when
  running as background PowerPlay report with 'Prompt me'
  option.In English environment, 'Your report cannot be
  customized. No prompts are defined.' message is displayed
  correctly.
  

Local fix

• Not select 'Prompt me' option.
