Error description

• This APAR will provide support for Server Name Indication (SNI)
  when using outbound secure connections.

  *                      client.                                 *
  ****************************************************************
  A CICS application issues an EXEC CICS WEB OPEN or EXEC CICS
  INVOKE SERVICE command to connect to a remote server using a
  TLS connection.  The remote server requires the Server Name
  Indication (SNI) extension to be be sent with the client hello
  message.  CICS does not send the SNI extension so the connection
  is rejected.
  
  RFE 94554 was raised to request that CICS support SNI.

• CICS has been updated to send the Server Name Indication (SNI)
  extension on every outbound request.  This is done automatically
  by CICS using the hostname supplied on the EXEC CICS WEB OPEN or
  INVOKE SERVICE commands.
