Error description

• For model elements with an extreme number of relationships, it
  takes too long open to the Relationships tab in the Properties
  view. Sometimes the following error occurs:

Problem conclusion

• The slowing of the relationship tab is due to number of
  Hyperlinks creation for 'Other Related Element(s)' column. With
  the new implementation, Hyperlink has been replaced with plain
  text which act like Hyperlink. The new behavior will improve the
  performance of the relationship tab.
