  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR updates z/OS Connect EE and   *
  *                      z/OS Connect EE Unlimited to version    *
  *                      3.0.30.0. The WebSphere Liberty Profile *
  *                      shipped with this PTF is version        *
  *                      19.0.0.12.                              *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR delivers fixes for the following z/OS Connect EE
  APARs:
  PH04288 z/OS Connect EE API requester returns an incorrect
          BAQ-STATUS-MESSAGE-LEN value when  using the CICS
          communications stub.
  PH10042 BAQZCBT fails with message JVMCFRE003 bad major version.
  PH10398 Message BAQB0017E: Failed to process operation is issued
          when the '+' character is used in a property name.
  PH10611 The z/OS Connect EE build toolkit does not report that
          the apikey is not supported in the path.
  PH16570 The z/OS Connect EE build toolkit zconbt completes with
          code 0 when some errors and or warnings are reported.
  PH16590 The z/OS Connect EE build toolkit reports "unsupported
          schema type:" for integer or boolean values.
  PH19390 The z/OS application and IMS API requester
          communications stub truncates OAuth headers.
  
  This APAR delivers the following new functionality:
  - z/OS Connect EE can now record SMF 123 subtype 1 version 2
    records, which provide more detailed information about API
    provider requests.
  - If IBM Z APM Connect is used to monitor z/OS Connect EE,
    the IBM Z APM Connect PTF UJ01628 must be applied before
    upgrading to z/OS Connect EE V3.0.30.0.
  - Both of the application communication stubs for the z/OS
    Connect EE API requester are updated to set a return code.
  - The z/OS Connect EE build toolkit zconbt enforces Swagger
    standards more stringently which might cause errors to be
    reported when building API requesters that previously built
    without errors.
  - The CICS BAQQ TD queue definition should be updated with the
    attributes RECORDSIZE=508 and BLOCKSIZE=512. The BAQAPIR CSD
    sample is updated accordingly.
  - The text or type of the following messages has changed:
    BAQB0003, BAQB0012, BAQB0022, BAQB0025.

• Applying the PTF for this APAR will change the reported z/OS
  Connect EE and z/OS Connect EE Unlimited level to V3.0.30.0 as
  reported in the log:
