Error description

• IMS ISO Debug configuration does not return any data and  log
  shows Request failed , problem is that the user does not have
  access to all the defined IMS subsystems

Problem conclusion

• IMS ISO Debug Configuration will now display information of
  vaild subsystems. It will log failed request of getting an IMS
  subsystem information.
  
  This issue is fixed in the following products:
  IBM Developer for z Systems.
  IBM Developer for z Systems Enterprise Edition
  IMB Developer of z/OS
  IBM Developer for z/OS Enterprise Edition
