Error description

  • Sending an HTTP request to a HTTPS endpoint in UrbanCode Deploy
    fills up the logs with NullPointerExceptions

    These exceptions are mostly harmless and can be ignored.

Local fix

  • Suggested workaround is to turn 3rd party library logging off in
    log4j.properties.

    Put these lines in log4j.properties
    log4j.logger.org.apache.coyote.http11.Http11NioProtocol=OFF
    log4j.logger.org.apache.tomcat.util.net.NioEndpoint=OFF
