Error description

• The Hook Logs were introduced in LKS 8.1.6. They log
  Check-out/Check-in activities for only the component features of
  a PACKAGE based licenses if they are Floating in nature. The
  ART/Agent do not have a mapping of Product Names for the
  component features of a PACKAGE based license. Hence, no data
  conversion takes place for such Check-out/Check-in activities
  which results in empty reports for the PACKAGE based products.

Problem conclusion

• The issue has been fixed in IBM LKS Administration Agent 8.1.6.3
