Error description

• When editing an existing PropDef, the name field is disabled.
  However, the Type selector is still enabled. If you
  change the property definition type and then save, an error
  message pops up saying that the type cannot be changed. If
  you are not allowed to change the type of a prop def, then the
  field should be disabled like the name field is.
  

Local fix

• Do not change the type field when editing. You should
  create a new property definition instead.
