Error description

  • DB2 abend ABND0C4-38, CQM control block overlay, while CQM
monitoring
DB2 parallelism.

Local fix

  • Set PARALLEL(N) in CQMPARMS to disable parallel activity
monitoring.

When CQM monitors distributed, parallel threads or OBJECTS=Y is
specified, the overlay of CQM control block may happen and can
cause abend in CQM and in Db2.
