  IMS V15 APAR PH14457 changed SCD control block. If APAR PH14457
  is applied on IMS V15, IMS Recovery Expert gets abend
  as follows:
    - module issuing IMS command gets ABENDS0C4
    - IMS Logger Exit BSYFLGX0 gets ABENDS0C4
  IMS Recovery Expert is changed to address IMS V15 APAR PH14457.
  
  
  IMS Recovery Expert is changed to address IMS V15 APAR PH14457.
  When applying IMS V15 APAR PH14457, this APAR PH19397 needs to
  be applied to avoid errors.
  If you use IMS Recovery Expert IMS Log suspend function,
  you must restart IMS control region after applying this APAR.
