PH19280: COMPONENT PROCESS SAVED WITH PROCESS TYPE THAT REQUIRES INVENTORY STATUS IS ABLE TO BE SAVED WITHOUT INVENTORY STATUS

Error description

• Under component process configuration, the user is able to
  incorrectly save the process without an inventory status. Some
  process types require inventory status, like the deployment
  type. If the process type field is toggled to a value that does
  not require the inventory status field, the inventory status
  field will be hidden. When the process type field is toggled
  back to a value that does require the inventory status field,
  the inventory status field will remain hidden and allow the user
  to save the configuration without the required inventory status
  value. This scenario was causing users to run into
  unexpected errors during deployment such that the deployment
  workflow would not start.
  

Local fix

• Save the component process configuration and then re-run the
  deployment.
